This Privacy Policy explains how Meadowlake Club (operated by Barr Enterprise LLC, including “Meadowlake Golf Course”, “The Barrn at Meadowlake” and “The Event at Meadowlake”) (“Meadowlake,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit meadowlakeclub.com, make reservations, purchase tickets or memberships (including Founder Cards), attend events, or otherwise interact with us online or offline.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Services.

1) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

A. Information you provide directly

Contact & profile: name, email, phone, address, preferred tee time, dietary preferences, accessibility needs.

Transactions: items purchased (tickets, memberships, gift cards, merchandise), order totals, last 4 digits of card, payment status (payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers).

Membership & promotions: Founder Card details, loyalty IDs, coupon use, survey responses, contest entries.

Communications: messages sent to us (email, forms, social DMs), feedback, and support requests.

Job applications (if applicable): resume/CV, work history, and similar details you submit.

B. Information we collect automatically

Device & usage: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps.

Cookies and similar tech: pixels, tags, SDKs for analytics and marketing (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, Google Analytics).

Location (approximate): derived from IP or device settings (if enabled).

C. Information from third parties

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe/Square) confirm payment and fraud checks.

Booking & ticketing partners (e.g., reservation or event platforms) share basic booking details.

Marketing tools (e.g., email service providers, social platforms) provide campaign metrics and audience insights.

Sensitive Information. We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information. If age verification is required for alcohol service, we may check ID in person but do not retain ID numbers.

2) How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

Provide and improve our golf, restaurant, and event services (reservations, tickets, seating, check-in).

Operate memberships (e.g., Founder Card) and loyalty/discount programs.

Process payments, detect/prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.

Transactions & tax records: up to 7 years.

Member & ticketing records: active relationship + 3 years.

Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity.

Website analytics logs: typically 12–24 months, then aggregated/anonymized.

We may retain information longer where required by law or to protect our legal interests.

6) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights (subject to verification and exceptions):

Access/Know: details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected.

Correction: request we fix inaccurate information.

Deletion: ask us to delete personal information.

Opt-out of Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising: opt out of advertising cookies/pixels that “sell/share” personal information under state laws.

Portability: receive a copy in a portable format.

11) Notice of Financial Incentive (Founder Card & Promotions)

We may offer programs like Founder Card and other promotions that provide benefits (e.g., discounts, early access). Participation is voluntary and subject to program terms.

Personal information requested: contact details, purchase history, preferences, membership ID.

Value to you: discounts, perks, and event access.

Value to us: increased engagement and sales; our good-faith estimate is based on the costs and anticipated revenue from program participation and marketing insights.
