 How much does it cost to enter the scavenger hunt?

Registration is $160 per team of two. This includes your scavenger hunt entry, golf cart use, dinner in the Event Center, and access to cash prizes and raffles.

 What are the prizes*?

1st Place: $350 cash
2nd Place: $100 cash
3rd Place: $50 cash

​Plus, we’ll have bonus raffles and giveaways during dinner.

Do I need to bring my own golf cart or use a cart?

No — golf carts are provided as part of your registration and to help you get around the back 9 easier.

 How many teams can participate?

Space is limited to 30 teams only, so be sure to secure your spot early!

Can non-players attend the dinner?

Yes! You can purchase a separate dinner ticket to join for the meal and raffles, even if they aren’t participating in the scavenger hunt.

What time does the event start?

Check-in begins at 5:30-5:45 at Meadowlake Club. The scavenger hunt kicks off shortly after, followed by dinner in The Barrn at Meadowlake.

Do Founder Card Member holders get a discount?

Yes! Founder Card members receive 10% off registration. We’ll send you a separate email with your personal discount code.

How do I become a Founder Card member?

What happens if it rains

The scavenger hunt is designed to be a fun rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather, we’ll notify all participants of alternate arrangements.
